Unsuitable bases: Grass, stone chips, or mud.
All catios are approximately 2.3m high and include a felted roof, guttering, one solid side (choice of weatherboard or rough-sawn timber), and a gate/door included in the price.
All prices are inclusive of labour, all materials, removal of waste and any machinery required for installation.
A £50 deposit is required to secure your booking and allow materials to be ordered.
The £50 deposit is NOT an additional charge. It is part-payment towards your catio. The £50 you pay today will be deducted from the final balance you pay when your catio is installed.
If your catio costs £1,200:
We aim to install your catio within 1 week once your booking and materials have been confirmed.
We'll be in touch beforehand to arrange a site check and confirm the installation area and access.
Once we receive your build request, we'll be in touch to arrange a site check and ask you to send photos of the proposed installation area and access.
By continuing, your build request will be submitted and you will be taken securely to Stripe to pay the £50 deposit. The £50 deposit is part of your total build price and will be deducted from your final balance.
